These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from VELÁ ("we", "us", "our"), located at Jannat Apt, Milan Nagar Path, Guwahati, Assam 781038, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or use the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Products and pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). The maximum retail price (MRP) and the selling price are shown on each product page.
- We make every effort to show products accurately. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen.
- Prices, offers and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we dispatch it. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock availability, errors in pricing or product information, an unserviceable address, or suspected fraud. If we cancel a prepaid order, we refund the full amount.
4. Payment
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, and Cash on Delivery on serviceable pin codes. Your payment details are handled by the payment gateway and are subject to its terms.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
6. Offers and discounts
Bundle offers and discounts apply automatically at checkout as described on the website, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and the VELÁ name, belongs to VELÁ or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
8. Use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, VELÁ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Guwahati, Assam.
