Where we ship
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India.
Dispatch and delivery times
- Orders are packed and picked up by our courier within 24 hours from our warehouse in Guwahati, Assam. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are picked up the next working day.
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 days after pickup. Remote and North-East pin codes, and some rural areas, may take a little longer.
- These are estimates. Delays can occasionally happen because of the courier, weather, festivals or other events outside our control; we will keep you informed if they do.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on most pin codes. Please keep the exact amount ready at delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD orders may lead to COD being unavailable on future orders.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order is picked up, we send a tracking link by SMS and/or email. If you need help, contact us at hello@getvela.us.
Delivery address
Please check your address, pin code and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or the recipient was unavailable after repeated attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged parcels
If the outer package looks damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery or accept it and contact us within 48 hours with photos. See our Refund Policy for how we put it right.
