How big is it when it is open?
38 × 28 × 7 cm — a proper grocery tote, not a token one. It carries up to 50 lb.
How does it fold back down?
Roll it toward the pouch and snap it shut. It takes about five seconds and there is no folding diagram to memorise.
Can I wash it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then air dry. Skip the machine and the tumble dryer so the pouch trim and hardware last.
When will it arrive?
Orders leave our warehouse in 1–3 business days, with standard delivery in 5–10 business days after that.
What if I do not like it?
Return it within 30 days for a full refund. If it is not earning its place on your keyring, we would rather have it back.
